I’ve tried meal planning before but it got pretty boring. Is your program different, in some way?

Yes! First off, I LOVE flavor and cannot stand boring food. My family likes variety so there’s plenty of that. You’ll have plenty of choices for every day of the week – breakfasts, lunches, dinner AND snacks – so you can mix-and-match as your tastes desire.

Plus, I give lots of substitution tips! So, if you don’t like an ingredient, simply swap it out 😊

Also, this is not just a bunch of meal plans. In my 3:2:1 Done! program, I give you the tips and tools you need to make the 3:2:1 method even easier, simpler and faster than if you were doing it on your own.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

All of the meal plans are gluten-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free (but not flavor-free!). Once you are in the program, you will have access to BOTH the Vegan and Omnivore plan options, so you can mix-and-match, if you want!

Should you need additional adjustments to the plans, you have unlimited Voxer access to Claudine so feel free to reach out!

Are these meal plans Vegan? Meat-based?

Once you join the program, you will have access to 4-week’s worth of both Vegan and Omnivore plans. That means you will essentially have 8-weeks of recipe plans so you get to choose!

What if I have questions or need additional guidance during the program?

You’re in luck! This program comes with unlimited Voxer access to Claudine! In the Voxer messaging app, you can leave voice or text messages for Claudine and she will personally answer your questions.  

How much time will I need on a weekly basis?

A lot less than you’re currently spending on meal prep! My clients are BUSY – just like you! They are business owners, CEO’s, professionals and mothers so I KNOW they don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen.

The 3:2:1 Done! program was created to give you the freedom you need to do the things you WANT to do in life! To that end, I’ve provided you with:

• Weekly shopping lists
• 1 hour of meal prep each week
• 20 minutes or LESS each night to have dinner on the table

That’s less time than it takes to go through the drive through! Plus, there’s no figuring out WHAT to eat so you can save that precious brain space for something fun and relaxing.

Will this feed my family or just me?

The meal plans are designed to feed a family of 4 plus leftovers for 1-2 people. If you have fewer people in the household, you can simply make fewer meals per week.

If there are more of you, I always recommend doubling and freezing, which will give you some “emergency” stocks for future use.

Will this program require me to buy a lot of fancy ingredients?

Not at all! I created this program with many basics you’ll likely already have. If you see an ingredient you don’t recognize (for example, Tamari, which is a gluten-free soy sauce) but you have the standard version (i.e. traditional soy sauce), you can use that.  

And the good news is, you have unlimited Voxer access to ask any questions that may come up during your meal prep :).

What if I don’t want to have a homemade meal every night?

The 3:2:1 Done! meal plans give you 6 unique dinners per week (not to mention breakfast, snack and lunch options). There is a “leftover night” or “going out to dinner night” baked into the plans so you have that option.

If you find you are not eating all the food in a given week, it’s a perfect excuse to freeze some for the following week, saving you even more time! 

Once you get a feel for how much your family needs, you can reduce the number of portions you prepare or make fewer different meals per week – the choice is yours!
